This absolutely free service affords you the comfort of your cheques books delivered to you, whether it’s at your home or the office.

There is no hassle to visit a branch to collect your cheque books. Simply indicate a preferred delivery address on the Cheque Book Order Form and enjoy the ease of delivery.

How Direct Delivery service works?

Fill the required information on the Cheque Book Order Form and indicate your delivery address.

Our external courier Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST) will deliver your cheque books as specified.

How do I sign up for direct delivery?

Is the Direct Delivery service mandatory?

No. Customers have the option to collect their cheque books at any First Citizens Branch.

Is there a cost for Direct Delivery service?

There are no additional service charges or fees for direct delivery service.

Is Direct Delivery service available to Commercial Customers?

Yes it is.

Can cheque books be delivered to my work place?

Yes, cheque books can be delivered to a specified address nationwide.

RTRA ALL	Retrieve a list of the 3 most recent posted transfers from all your registered accounts
TRAN <nickname1> <nickname2> Amount For Example: tran ck1 ck2 100	Transfer amount between accounts using nicknames
TRAN <nickname1> <Amount> For Example: tran ck2 500	Transfer amount from the default registered account to the specified registered account using the nickname
