Our highly trained team of Contact Centre Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), accessible through 62-FIRST (623-4778), Option 3, go the extra mile for you, with best in market extended opening hours of 6am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During this time our Contact Centre CSRs will assist you by recording your lost or stolen debit and credit cards and guide you on your next steps.
